🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor’s Degree required
- 10+ years customer-facing experience
- 5+ years leading large-scale customer implementation programs in highly complex environments
- Startup experience preferred
- Strong leadership with a track record of high-performing teams and stakeholder relationships
- Experience in healthcare and enterprise SaaS; medtech/biotech a plus
