- Track progress and deliver management status reports with KPIs.

- Create project plans, protocols and reports; generate documentation.
- Interface with external partners to facilitate joint development.
🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Biology or related field.
- 2-3 years biotech PM experience; molecular biology background.
- PM certification or formal PM training; resource management tools a plus.
- Experience with Gantt charts and project plans.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Strong organization and time management; works independently and in teams.
