Program Manager

📋 Description

• Define regional and global growth plans for NiCE’s strategic GSIs.
• Build and maintain the global operating model for GSIs, with governance and tracking.
• Track 30/60/90-day objectives into workstreams, milestones, owners.
• Create and maintain a global RACI, org chart, and regional alignment.
• Coordinate with regional partner leadership, AEs, enablement, sales, product, and support.
• Prepare and follow up for global GSI calls with agendas and action items.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in partner operations, programs, alliances, or cross-functional PM.
• Experience with global enterprise partners, ideally GSIs or large consulting firms.
• Strong project management and organizational skills.
• Ability to operate across multiple teams, time zones, and priorities.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Comfortable working in rapidly evolving environments and building structure from scratch.
