Own and govern the Ensono Innovation Portfolio across initiatives.
Ensure governance: stage gates, decision rights, portfolio dashboards.
Drive outcomes across ambiguous, fast-moving programs with executive presence.
This role is a contract (FTC) for six months, extendable based on performance.
Lead program orchestration: manage interdependencies and blockers.
Interface between portfolio and business units, finance and technology leadership.

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor's degree in engineering or business administration, or related field
12+ years in innovation programs/portfolio management (IT services/consulting)
Proven experience managing 20+ concurrent initiatives with cross-functional teams
Strong governance background; build and enforce governance models
Proficient in portfolio tools: Jira, Smartsheet, MS Project
PgMP, PMP, or Prince2; Agile/Scrum/SAFe certifications; AI exposure
