Act as liaison between Empowerly and 2+ partnership programs for students
Manage programs team and contractors who interact with students
Own end-to-end process to bring the Research Scholars Program in-house
Recruit, onboard, and manage startup companies in the Startup Internship Program
Manage short- and long-term operational strategy to scale with growing student base

🎯 Requirements

Bachelor of Science or Bachelor of Arts
4+ years in Program or Project Management
3+ years of management experience
Experience with Google Sheets and Google Drive
Experience in data analysis and creation of performance dashboards
U.S. citizens based in the United States only
