🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree required
- PMP certification preferred; Agile/Lean Six Sigma a plus
- 4–6 years PM experience in Finance/Operations/Tech
- Finance processes (P2P, O2C, R2R, FP&A) or finance systems (NetSuite, Kyriba)
- Strong organization, communication, and stakeholder management
- Proficiency in Smartsheet, Jira, or similar PM tools
