🎯 Requirements

4 years commensurate experience
2+ years Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning & Development in-house or via Consulting
2+ years project management experience
2+ years experience with Workday
Experience supporting cross-functional initiatives and programming
Bonus points: HR experience in tech/startup environment
