Provide project management support for Talent Management workstreams
Communicate with stakeholders to schedule meetings and manage risks
Maintain talent and performance management system with People Operations
Deliver communications for all talent management processes
Develop analytics for talent management programs (Performance, Talent Reviews, Development)
Maintain knowledge sites (Confluence, LMS)

🎯 Requirements

4 years commensurate experience
2+ years Talent Management, Performance Management, Learning and Development in-house or via Consulting
2+ years project management
2+ years experience with Workday
Bonus: Experience in full G-Suite applications
Bonus: HR experience in a tech startup environment
