Marketing & visibility: develop materials and case studies to promote the program.
Data analysis and reporting: track performance and present insights to stakeholders.
Cross-functional alignment: collaborate with Sales and Product teams to gather feedback.

🎯 Requirements

8+ years in program management, BD, or growth marketing in startup/VC.
Proven ability to operationalize complex multi-partner programs.
Deep familiarity with early-stage, high-growth startups.
