  • Own and manage Hut 8's Portfolio Readiness Program across projects
  • Lead a distributed team of Project Administrative Leads across sites
  • Build and maintain the communication infrastructure across the project portfolio
  • Support financial reporting and track expenditures across assets and activities
  • Develop and enforce project coordination standards across active sites
  • Serve as primary coordination point between field teams and senior leadership
  • Onboard new projects with admin infrastructure from day one

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, PM, or Ops field
  • 5โ€“7 years in program management or operations coordination
  • Experience leading distributed teams across geographies
  • Strong financial acumen; track expenditures and budgets
  • PM platforms (Smartsheet, Monday.com); Slack/Teams; MS 365
  • Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication
