- Bachelor's degree in Business Admin, PM, or Ops field
- 5โ7 years in program management or operations coordination
- Experience leading distributed teams across geographies
- Strong financial acumen; track expenditures and budgets
- PM platforms (Smartsheet, Monday.com); Slack/Teams; MS 365
- Excellent organizational and written and verbal communication
