π― Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
- 10-12+ years of program/project management in an agency or perf marketing.
- Experience leading multi-workstream programs across media, creative, analytics.
- Client-facing skills with ability to negotiate priorities and deadlines.
- Proficiency with PM tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Jira/Smartsheet/Asana.
- Familiar with test-and-learn, cross-channel reporting; CRM coordination a plus.
