  • Own the ABM operating system: cadence, docs, templates, reporting.
  • Define roles across strategy, analytics, creative, media, web, CRM.
  • Establish recurring meeting cadences and performance readouts.
  • Build master ABM plan across phases: discovery to analysis.
  • Manage dependencies and approvals to ship channel deliverables on time.
  • Track delivery across ABM workstreams: OLA/display, social, CRM, landing pages.

🎯 Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or Communications.
  • 10-12+ years of program/project management in an agency or perf marketing.
  • Experience leading multi-workstream programs across media, creative, analytics.
  • Client-facing skills with ability to negotiate priorities and deadlines.
  • Proficiency with PM tools: Excel, PowerPoint, Word; Jira/Smartsheet/Asana.
  • Familiar with test-and-learn, cross-channel reporting; CRM coordination a plus.
