Coordinate interview process for Intern, New Grad, and Sales Development candidates.
Maintain job postings in recruitment system (Greenhouse).
Plan on-site and virtual interviews with recruiters.
Gather feedback to improve the selection process.
Manage swag, events, and logistics for Early Talent programs.

🎯 Requirements

1-2 years in program coordination, recruitment, or similar admin role.
Canva experience is a plus.
Excellent organizational skills; multitask effectively.
Strong written and verbal communication.
Detail-oriented; able to work independently and meet deadlines.
Navigates ambiguity and proactively addresses challenges.
