  • Analyze trends and opportunities for quality improvement across Affordability Initiatives.
  • Support ad-hoc reporting and data analysis requests for performance leaders.
  • Identify opportunities to leverage new data insights domains for standardized reporting.
  • Partner with managers to develop performance narratives and coaching plans.
  • Curate data insights and materials for SteerCos, workgroups, and field meetings.
  • Track milestones, timelines, and deliverables; align with program goals.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelorโ€™s degree in Business, Public Administration, Public Health, Data Analytics or related field.
  • 2-4 yrs experience in an administrative role.
  • Strong organizational skills with a focus on detail.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills.
  • Strong Excel & Google Sheets; familiarity with BI tools (Tableau, Snowflake, Power BI).
  • Ability to gather/interpret data for ROI modeling and capacity planning; ROI tracking.
