🎯 Requirements
- Experience in reimbursement, data management, or operational tracking.
- Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/database systems.
- Experience building reports and maintaining data workflows.
- Bachelor's degree in finance, program administration, or data analytics.
- Strong data management and reporting using Salesforce and Airtable.
- Intermediate to advanced Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
- High attention to detail in financial and data tracking.
- Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information for reporting.
- Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
- Knowledge of CARB processes and CMO program structures.
- Familiarity with data analytics environments and Python-based outputs (no coding).
- Spanish fluency for engagement with diverse communities.
