Program Associate – Voucher Reimbursement and Data Management

📋 Description

• Manage payment requests for CMO Mobility Project Vouchers.
• Coordinate with awardees to ensure reimbursements align with milestones.
• Deliver timely reimbursement updates for project managers and leaders.
• Maintain Salesforce and Airtable records for voucher tracking and reporting.
• Review analytics outputs and document data sources, methods, and limitations.
• Use Salesforce, Airtable, and Excel to build dashboards and reports.
• Collaborate with Program Management to reflect awardee progress in tools and visuals.
• Awardee and Cohort Support
• Provide guidance and training materials for awardees.
• Support cohort meetings by collecting feedback and identifying needs.
• Update staff with awardee insights to support timelines.
• System and Process Development
• Contribute to workflow improvements in reimbursement and data management.
• Support development of tracking for insurance updates and milestone reporting.
• Collaborate with internal teams to streamline cross-platform data flow.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience in reimbursement, data management, or operational tracking.
• Proficiency with Salesforce or similar CRM/database systems.
• Experience building reports and maintaining data workflows.
• Bachelor's degree in finance, program administration, or data analytics.
• Strong data management and reporting using Salesforce and Airtable.
• Intermediate to advanced Excel for data analysis, reconciliation, and reporting.
• High attention to detail in financial and data tracking.
• Ability to synthesize qualitative and quantitative information for reporting.
• Strong communication and cross-team collaboration.
• Knowledge of CARB processes and CMO program structures.
• Familiarity with data analytics environments and Python-based outputs (no coding).
• Spanish fluency for engagement with diverse communities.
