- Provide technical and analytical support to the ASSET program.
- Lead MERL systems development and data collection.

🎯 Requirements
- Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
- 5+ years in development projects (TIP, migration, rule of law).
- Experience with NGOs or government counterparts in Turkmenistan preferred.
- Strong analytical and data management skills.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
- Proficiency in Power BI or other visualization tools.
- Fluent in English; Russian helpful; Turkmen a plus.
- Knowledge of data quality, confidentiality, and ethics.
- Experience with MEL, data collection, and reporting.
- Coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
- Strong written and verbal communication.
