๐Ÿ“‹ Description

  • Provide technical and analytical support to the ASSET program.
  • Lead MERL systems development and data collection.
  • Ensure high-quality reporting and adaptive program management.
  • Coordinate with ASSET Director, partners, grantees to monitor activities and results.
  • Support documentation of activities, trainings, and events.
  • Maintain data quality and timely monitoring of results.
  • Assist in organizing and following up on project events.
  • Contribute to drafting periodic program reports and lessons learned.

๐ŸŽฏ Requirements

  • Bachelor's degree; Master's preferred.
  • 5+ years in development projects (TIP, migration, rule of law).
  • Experience with NGOs or government counterparts in Turkmenistan preferred.
  • Strong analytical and data management skills.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
  • Proficiency in Power BI or other visualization tools.
  • Fluent in English; Russian helpful; Turkmen a plus.
  • Knowledge of data quality, confidentiality, and ethics.
  • Experience with MEL, data collection, and reporting.
  • Coordinate with partners and stakeholders.
  • Strong written and verbal communication.
