📋 Description

• Facilitate flipped online sessions for the Skills Lab module series.
• Supervise students on self-directed projects in the Skills Immersion module.
• Assess student submissions for formative and summative assessments.
• Administer and maintain Canvas courses for learners and faculty.
• Collaborate with content creators to manage Canvas course content.
• Troubleshoot Canvas issues, including glitches and access problems.

🎯 Requirements

• Master’s degree in Education, Instructional Design, Educational Technology, Business, or CS.
• Certifications in pedagogy or learning technologies are a plus.
• 3–5 years of teaching, facilitation, or training in higher education or professional development.
• Hands-on experience with online learning platforms (Canvas) including course administration and content management.
• Strong facilitation, assessment, and feedback skills; ability to engage diverse stakeholders.
• Excellent organizational and project management; ability to work independently and meet deadlines.
