📋 Description

• Own end-to-end project planning and coordination for customer engagements.
• Primary contact for project coordination between customers, engineers, and Corelight.
• Drive proactive communication across all phases of a project lifecycle.
• Develop and maintain project plans, milestones, and risk tracking.
• Ensure alignment with customer success objectives with CS, PS Eng, and Support.
• Translate technical milestones into actionable tasks and communicate status.

🎯 Requirements

• 5+ years in technical project management or professional services.
• Proven experience managing complex cybersecurity or IT infra projects.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; interface with engineers and executives.
• Comfortable in fast-paced startup environments and handling ambiguity.
• Strong cybersecurity concepts and TCP/IP; Splunk knowledge required.
• Experience with Rocketlane and JIRA; certifications preferred (PMP/PMI-ACP or SAFe/CSM).
