📋 Description

• Lead technical direction of customer engagements from scoping to delivery.
\n
• Design high-level architectures and implementation plans for GitLab infra.
\n
• Deploy GitLab in cloud/on-prem environments using Terraform, Ansible, GET.
\n
• Plan and execute migrations to GitLab using Congregate.
\n
• Provide DevOps/DevSecOps consulting; create docs, delivery kits, and training.
\n
• Mentor Professional Services and partner consultants; enable delivery teams.
\n

🎯 Requirements

\n
• Strong written and verbal communication; lead discussions asynchronously.
\n
• Prefer San Francisco Bay Area.
\n
• Experience delivering two+ of: source code migration, cloud architecture, DevOps, CI/CD.
\n
• Enterprise software dev; translate requirements to designs; Bachelor's degree or equivalent.
\n
• Hands-on infra with Terraform and Ansible; cloud and on-prem.
\n
• Experience migrations to GitLab using Congregate or similar tooling.
\n
