- Provide QA on the Marketplace to ensure it looks good at all times.
- Guide a seamless handover to Partner Success or Customer Experience teams.
- Proactively identify improvements to onboarding processes to drive conversions.
🎯 Requirements
- Commercially minded; understands critical onboarding needs.
- Excellent organizational and time management; strong communication.
- Proficient in Excel; data cleaning a plus.
- Project coordination experience or certification desired.
- Beauty & Wellness or startup/scale-up tech experience is a plus.
- Ability to identify problems and implement actions and solutions; strong analytical skills.
- Ability to influence others via effective communication and negotiation.
- Flexible in a fast-paced, changing environment; creative thinker with problem solving.
