  • Experience supporting subscription-based enterprise software sales.
  • Expertise in legal ops tech: TeamConnect, TAP, Legal Hold, HotDocs.
  • Translate customer needs into scoped service estimates and deliverables.
  • Excellent communication and executive presence; manage multiple opportunities.
  • Familiar with Salesforce opportunities and complex subscription + implementation deals.
