- 5+ years as Program Manager, Scrum Master, or Technical Consultant.
- Experience managing multiple projects across customers with minimal oversight; travel up to 10%.
- Exposure to AI within Voice and Digital channels.
- Contact Center industry experience preferred.
- Experience implementing Five9 or other VoIP CC solutions including IVA.
- Knowledge of SaaS CRM solutions (Salesforce, Dynamics, NetSuite, Oracle Service Cloud) desired.
