Professional Services Manager II, Enterprise

📋 Description

• Pre-Sale Support: Provide consulting, tests, evaluations, and deployment needs assessments.
• Post-Sale Implementation: Plan and execute deployments to integrate Axon hardware/software.
• Project Management: Oversee deployments, define scope, meet timelines, and communicate with stakeholders.
• Customer Interaction: Engage with C-Suite, IT Directors, and Security Directors to drive adoption.
• Training and Documentation: Develop training plans and materials; maintain deployment docs.
• Customer Feedback: Document and share feature requests with sales/product teams.
• Collaboration: Partner with Sales, Customer Success, Finance, and Product Management.
• Tool Proficiency: Use Smartsheets to manage timelines, resources, and status.

🎯 Requirements

• BS/BA or equivalent knowledge and experience.
• Extensive project management experience, coordinating resources.
• Experience implementing/leading an Axon body-worn camera program.
• Understanding of software/hardware deployment, SaaS environments.
• Proficiency in Smartsheets or similar PM tools.
• Knowledge of Axon products and digital evidence management systems.
• Experience with corporate, retail, and security sectors.
• Excellent written and verbal communication; able to define milestones and align stakeholders.
• Ability to work independently and drive projects across teams.
• Willingness to travel across North America, with potential international travel.
