- Engage with agency leaders during pre- and post-sale to design UAS programs.
- Conduct needs assessments, demos, deployment plans, and guide through T&E engagements.

- Serve as primary technical contact for drone ops, configurations, and SaaS integrations.
- Develop, schedule, and deliver advanced drone training programs for agencies.
- Mentor Axon Air PSMs and cross-functional partners, sharing best practices.
🎯 Requirements
- BS/BA or equivalent experience.
- 3–5+ years in professional services, technical deployment, or UAS program management.
- FAA Part 107 certification required; advanced certs preferred.
- Expertise in UAS platforms (DJI, Skydio, SkyHero, Fotokite), Dedrone, and DroneSense.
- Experience with network infra, data management, or SaaS integrations.
- Willingness to travel weekly across North America (possibly international).
