📋 Description

• Identify and implement solutions with minimal guidance.
• Support clients through software implementation lifecycles and customizations.
• Lead training for customer tech contacts and end users.
• Create network diagrams and docs for design/planning.
• Coordinate customers and execute field deployment tests.
• Deliver timely project deployment reports.

🎯 Requirements

• Perform job functions from any location with minimal oversight.
• Stand, bend, and stoop for 8+ hours; lift up to 75 lbs.
• Flexibility to take on additional projects and priorities.
• 3+ years in advanced computer network implementation including Windows OS and hardware.
• Cradlepoint router configuration with NCOS/NetCloud certifications preferred.
• Familiar with WAN, LAN, wireless tech, and VPN concepts.
