Professional Services Manager, Fleet

📋 Description

• Identify and implement solutions with minimal assistance in a fast-paced environment.
• Assist clients to monitor software implementation lifecycles and customizations.
• Conduct training sessions with customer technical points or end users on Axon Fleet products.
• Create accurate network diagrams and documentation for design and planning of network systems.
• Coordinate and execute field commissioning tests with customers.
• Deliver timely, detailed project deployment reports.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years of advanced computer network implementation (LAN/WAN, VPN).
• Cradlepoint router configuration and deployment knowledge (NCOS/NetCloud preferred).
• Windows OS and applications software experience.
• Ability to work from any location with minimal oversight.
• Willing to travel weekly to visit clients near a major airport.
• A valid driver’s license.
