Professional Services Manager, Fleet

📋 Description

• Deploy network, hardware, and software solutions for Axon Fleet.
• Lead post-sale deployments, training, and customer success.
• Create network diagrams and documentation for design and planning.
• Coordinate field tests and deliver deployment reports.
• Engage with Chiefs of Police and IT leaders post-sale.
• Location: Remote US; travel 100% Mon-Fri.

🎯 Requirements

• Work from any location with minimal supervision.
• Stand/bend for up to 8 hours; lift up to 75 lbs.
• Flexible to take on extra projects and priorities.
• 3+ years in advanced network implementation; A+/Network+ preferred.
• Cradlepoint router config; NetCloud/NCOS knowledge preferred.
• WAN/LAN, VPN, IP-based Ethernet deployment experience.
• Valid driver's license required.
