📋 Description

• Lead end-to-end deployments as primary post-sale contact.
• Manage pre-deployment planning, hardware logistics, on-site support.
• Deliver role-based training to customer drone teams and IT staff.
• Guide customers in creating workflows integrating Dedrone with Axon.
• Coordinate and manage third-party training and integration vendors.
• Conduct site assessments for hardware placement and operational design.

🎯 Requirements

• 3-5 years of experience in customer-facing roles (Professional Services, Deployment).
• Direct experience deploying hardware/software in complex environments.
• Understanding of drone systems, airspace management, RF sensing, or UAS.
• Deep familiarity with IP networking, SNMP, DHCP, PoE, Linux CLI, and basic admin.
• Confident training presence; able to present to executives, end users, and technical teams.
• Willingness to travel heavily and adapt to dynamic customer needs.
