  • 2+ years experience with AI, digital channels, or enterprise contact centers.
  • BE/B.Tech in CS/IT/Engineering or equivalent.
  • Lead end-to-end AI implementations from pilot to deployment.
  • Experience with NLU, IVR/ASR, and digital channels.
  • Strong APIs, CRM integrations, and large-scale deployments.
  • Excellent communication and collaboration across teams.
