Professional Services Consultant, Network Services

📋 Description

• Act as a Product Manager of Professional Services, specifically in Network Services.
• Prioritize and build PS offerings aligned with strategic vision.
• Review information gathered by PS Leaders to understand offering value.
• Execute on building PS offerings per Leadership direction.
• Build sales collateral, scoping guidelines, project plans, delivery kits/accelerators.
• Lead efforts to create and maintain selling and delivery enablement.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Business, IT, or 5+ years in technical support or related field.
• Minimum 5 years in Professional Services, PM, or customer-facing role.
• Strong understanding of the PS landscape, internal and partner-provided services.
• Experience as Product Manager, Practice Manager, Implementation Manager, or Solutions Engineer.
• Knowledge of Software Development Life Cycle.
• Fluent in English; strong communication and interpersonal skills.
