📋 Description

• Onboard, train, and grow SMB and Mid-Market customers.
• Lead multi-phase implementations with clear timelines.
• Provide consulting to tailor GoodTime's value.
• Partner with recruiting leaders to streamline processes.
• Communicate project status, risks, and next steps.
• Maintain expert knowledge of GoodTime Hire and recruiting.
• Remote US; ET or CT strongly preferred.

🎯 Requirements

• 2+ years in Professional Services Implementation/Onboarding.
• Strong project management and problem-solving skills.
• Explain complex topics to non-technical audiences.
• Superior communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
• Adept at building networks and relationships.
• Self-starter thriving in fast-paced, small team.
• Ability to partner cross-functionally with engineering, product, sales, & marketing.
• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience.
