Professional Services Automation Systems Administrator

📋 Description

• Administer Certinia PSA: projects, timekeeping, billing, forecasting.
• Manage PSA data for accurate projects, resources, and time.
• Administer Salesforce-Certinia integrations, workflows, dashboards.
• Drive PSA improvements: backlog grooming, releases, upgrades.
• Collaborate with stakeholders across Services, Finance, and Ops.
• Support UAT and change management for new features.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in Certinia or Salesforce admin/analyst role.
• 1+ years building flows and automation in Salesforce.
• Knowledge of relational DB concepts; able to SQL/SOQL.
• Able to explain technical concepts to non-tech stakeholders.
• Knowledge of PM, resource planning, timekeeping, and billing.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
