📋 Description

• Deliver virtual or onsite professional development and training for Seesaw.
• Meet with admins (Google Meets or phone) to plan PD (virtual/ onsite).
• Make calls to customers to schedule PD.
• Check calendar, Slack, and email daily for updates and booked sessions.
• Maintain pre/post session docs and share follow-up resources via email.
• Update content to fit customer needs.
• Maintain knowledge of Seesaw features and available support resources.
• Raise customer issues with speed and urgency, and communicate resolutions.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years elementary teaching experience.
• Exceptional presentation skills.
• Willing to work flexible hours (evenings, mornings, weekends).
• Flexible and adaptable.
