📋 Description

• Facilitate virtual and in-person professional learning sessions for educators, school leaders, and district teams aligned with Kiddom’s mission, solutions, and best practices in adult learning.
• Utilize Kiddom Professional Learning provided resources and materials during all facilitation to ensure a consistent, high-quality professional learning experience for every customer.
• Maintain a deep understanding of Kiddom’s solutions and their applications in varied educational contexts.
• Communicate effectively and professionally with customers to confirm session schedules, send timely reminders, and follow up after each session with resources and feedback collection.
• Maintain accurate documentation of session attendance and key takeaways to inform ongoing improvements.
• Support operational processes by adhering to scheduling requirements, managing session logistics, and promptly reporting any issues or concerns.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in education or related professional learning roles.
• Facilitation skills for adult learners, virtual and in-person.
• Curriculum expertise: OpenSciEd or NGSS-aligned science.
• Flexible schedule, including evenings or weekends.
• Tech proficiency with webinar tools and LMS.
• Bachelor’s degree in education; Master’s preferred.
• Reliable personal technology: laptop, webcam, mic, stable internet.
