📋 Description

• Plan, revise and conduct adult learning programs using assessment data.
• Select teaching techniques: guidance, tutoring, group work, media.
• Design, develop and implement curricula to meet diverse learner needs.
• Refer Clients to educational agencies for GED or higher scores.
• Identify social and academic needs to assist clients growth.
• Administer counseling to facilitate learning and conflict resolution.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s degree preferred.
• At least two years human services experience.
• Comfort with computers and learning new software.
• Experience working with underserved populations and persons in crisis.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; ability to establish rapport.
• Ability to work in settings with culturally diverse families and be culturally sensitive.
