Record and maintain production and quality data; monitor process changes.
Operate production equipment; complete training for pre and post production gear.
Clean, align, and maintain tools and equipment for uptime.
Follow SOPs and safety protocols closely.

🎯 Requirements

High school diploma or GED; prior manufacturing experience preferred.
Strong manual dexterity and good vision; sit, stand, kneel, climb; lift up to 50 lbs.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
Strong problem solving; adaptable to fast paced priorities; multitask.
Willing to work weekends and overtime; maintain a clean, safe workspace.
