🎯 Requirements
- 1+ years hands-on technical position OR associate degree in STEM
- 3+ years electro-mechanical or mechanical assembly experience
- Proficient with PC, Windows, and MS Office
- Ability to read, interpret, and work from drawings, schematics, and parts lists
- IPC and/or J-STD certification
- Willing to work all shifts, overtime, and weekends as needed
