Perform diamond manufacturing tasks using multiple instruments at lab, reactors, and laser room.
Record and maintain accurate production/quality data; monitor emails and process changes.
Operate complex production equipment; complete training to use pre- and post-production tools.
Clean, align, and maintain tools and equipment for uptime.
Follow SOPs and safety protocols to ensure compliant operations.

🎯 Requirements

HS diploma or GED; manufacturing exp preferred, incl. magnifying tools.
Strong manual dexterity and vision; sit/stand/kneel, climb ladders, lift 50 lbs.
Excellent written and verbal communication.
Strong problem solving; adapt to changing priorities; multitask.
Willing to work weekends/overtime; keep a clean, safe workspace.
