Conduct in-process and final quality checks; accurate data recording and labeling.
Keep extraction/packaging areas organized; inspection-ready.
Follow OSHA standards, SOPs, and procedures; ensure compliance.
Ensure every finished product meets Curaleaf's high standards.

🎯 Requirements

Eager to learn; can be trained on production equipment and SOPs.
Strong attention to detail; effective communication in a team.
Able to perform repetitive tasks with focus and consistency.
High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
At least one year of manufacturing or packaging experience.
Punctual, reliable, and professional team player.
