- Ability to stand 8-10 hours, lift up to 50 pounds; perform repetitive tasks.
- Strong attention to detail and effective communication in a fast-paced team.
- Willingness to learn and be trained on production equipment and SOPs.
- Knowledge of OSHA standards, data recording, and state regulations; maintain compliance.
