📋 Description

• Stage products and packaging across lines with QA checks to meet schedules.
• Boost efficiency and minimize waste through ownership, teamwork, and communication.
• Conduct in-process and final quality checks, including weighing, with 100% data accuracy.
• Keep the extraction area organized, clean, and inspection-ready.
• Follow OSHA standards and Curaleaf SOPs to ensure compliant labeling.

• Eager to learn and trainable on production equipment and SOPs while meeting performance expectations.
• Strong attention to detail and effective communication in a fast-paced, team-based environment.
• Able to perform repetitive tasks with focus and consistency over extended periods.
• Strong work ethic, punctual, reliable; maintain a positive, professional team environment.
• High school diploma, GED, or equivalent.
• Preferred: at least one year of manufacturing or packaging experience focused on product safety and quality.
