Assess regional projects and assign within the team or to freelancers as needed.
Support priorities, oversee progress, and solve complex issues.
Provide production expertise for feasibility and planning of pipelines.
Support Directors on development of tools and processes to streamline production.
Maintain freelancer directory and network.

🎯 Requirements

7+ years of experience in the live event production industry
1-2 years of people management experience
Ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment
Innovative and solution-focused mindset
Experience in personnel management and team talent development
Leadership, initiative and prioritization skills
