- Provide excellent customer service to end users of endpoint IRT systems
- Assist users with access questions (resetting accounts, login support)
- Provide training/guidance for users of all endpoint IRT systems
- Respond to inquiries via phone/email during business hours
- Log all incoming queries in internal tracking system
- Log Data Change Requests in internal tracking system
🎯 Requirements
- 2-4 years’ experience in a user-facing role with tech support via phone & email
- Strong communication to guide non-technical users
- Ability to understand technical concepts and learn quickly, including SQL databases
- Life science industry experience preferred
- Experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments preferred
- Experience with IVR/web/mobile platforms is ideal
- Ability to work with minimal supervision and troubleshoot independently
- BA/BS Degree in related field or appropriate experience
