📋 Description

  • Provide excellent customer service to end users of endpoint IRT systems
  • Assist users with access questions (resetting accounts, login support)
  • Provide training/guidance for users of all endpoint IRT systems
  • Respond to inquiries via phone/email during business hours
  • Log all incoming queries in internal tracking system
  • Log Data Change Requests in internal tracking system

🎯 Requirements

  • 2-4 years’ experience in a user-facing role with tech support via phone & email
  • Strong communication to guide non-technical users
  • Ability to understand technical concepts and learn quickly, including SQL databases
  • Life science industry experience preferred
  • Experience in fast-paced entrepreneurial environments preferred
  • Experience with IVR/web/mobile platforms is ideal
  • Ability to work with minimal supervision and troubleshoot independently
  • BA/BS Degree in related field or appropriate experience
