🎯 Requirements
- 2-4+ years in user-facing troubleshooting via phone and email
- Strong communication; guides non-technical users
- Experience with SQL databases
- Life sciences experience preferred
- Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and multitasking skills
- BA/BS degree or related experience
