Production Supervisor - TWTA

📋 Description

• Own the production ramp of complex electromechanical assemblies to weekly rates.
• Grow a team from 5 to 20+ with effective hiring and training.
• Interact with design, manufacturing, and test to optimize the line.
• Lead by example; drive safety, quality, and rate improvements.
• Independently perform hands-on assembly and test when required.
• Own test lab operations, scheduling, maintenance, and first-pass troubleshooting.

🎯 Requirements

• 3+ years in a production/manufacturing environment.
• 1+ years leading a team or project.
• Bachelor’s degree (preferred).
• Experience in aerospace/aviation/automotive manufacturing.
• Ability to read mechanical drawings, GD&T, and schematics.
• Strong communication with cross-functional teams.
