Production Supervisor - Third Shift

📋 Description

• Lead and coach production leads and team in a high-speed food manufacturing environment
• Conduct safety audits and visual checks; champion safety and ergonomics
• Maximize output while minimizing waste and downtime; improve capacity
• Support GMP guidelines; conduct internal audits for HACCP, FDA and FSSC
• Manage ERP-based inventory control, FIFO, and traceability
• Develop team training and documentation using Intertek Alchemy LMS

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years leading teams in high-volume manufacturing
• BS in Manufacturing or Process Technology preferred but not required
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Excellent verbal and written communication
• Lifting up to 25 lbs, frequent standing and walking
• Ability to manage multiple projects and priorities
