🎯 Requirements

- 2+ years hands-on with safety-critical systems or heavy equipment
- Lean/Six Sigma certification or equivalent
- Experience with lean manufacturing, Kaizen, and efficiency methods
- Ability to read wiring diagrams, GD&T, schematics, and parts lists
