Production Supervisor (Starlink Aviation)

📋 Description

• Manage a team of technicians in fabrication of aerospace hardware per FAA/AS9100
• Interface with area leadership; prioritize work to production schedule
• Troubleshoot hardware issues in real-time; push feedback to owners
• Ensure product quality and conformance; aid in non-conformances investigations
• Ensure builds, integration, and testing comply with regulatory and safety protocols
• Act as technical decision maker; drive training and efficiency projects

🎯 Requirements

• 4+ years experience in manufacturing and test
• 2+ years hands-on with safety-critical systems or heavy equipment
• 6+ months leading a team
• Associate or bachelor\u2019s degree preferred
• Lean manufacturing training and experience preferred
• Able to read controlled documents: drawings, GD&T, procedures
