Production Supervisor (packaging) 2nd shift

📋 Description

• Manage shift packaging ops and personnel.
• Coordinate production schedules with Team Leader.
• Ensure OSHA, FDA, and GMP compliance.
• Meet safety, quality, and efficiency targets.
• Develop packaging staff and plan for future needs.
• 2nd shift: 2:00pm–11:00pm.

🎯 Requirements

• Bachelor's in Engineering or Business Management preferred or equivalent.
• 2+ years manufacturing/packaging experience.
• 2+ years personnel administration.
• 1+ years packaging or project engineer (preferred).
• Strong leadership and decision-making skills.
• Excellent communication and computer skills; SAP experience.
