🎯 Requirements
- 3+ years manufacturing leadership, supervising hourly teams.
- Strong track record in fast-paced production with safety and quality.
- Knowledge of standard work, line balancing, shift execution.
- Root cause tools: 5 Whys, Fishbone, CAPA; KPI: SQDC.
- Hands-on floor leadership; coach operators in real time.
- Proficiency in Excel/Sheets; willing to learn NetSuite ERP.
