Production Supervisor

📋 Description

• Production Leadership & Oversight: Directly manage the day-to-day operations of the Pack production line for the day shift to meet all production, quality, and safety targets.
• Large Team Management: Lead, mentor, and motivate a team of direct employees and contract labor. Delegate tasks and provide clear direction to ensure maximum productivity and adherence to schedules.
• Process Management & Continuous Improvement: Oversee production activities including BOM/Revision management, lean manufacturing, and continuous improvement.
• Team Development & Accountability: Provide performance coaching and foster a culture of accountability and continuous improvement among all production team members.
• Operational Excellence in Dynamic Environments: Drive operational execution and flexibility to meet high-volume targets while also executing trials on the line.
• Safety, Compliance & Troubleshooting: Enforce OSHA regulations and safety policies; resolve line issues to minimize downtime.

🎯 Requirements

• Experience: Minimum 5 years in manufacturing; 2+ years leading production teams.
• Collaboration: Strong ability to work with engineering teams and cross-functional teams.
• Process Expertise: Manage dynamic manufacturing processes and implement change.
• Team Leadership: Experience integrating direct employees and contract labor.
• Operational Skills: Lean manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen; continuous improvement.
• Problem-Solving: Data-driven troubleshooting and issue resolution.
• Safety Focus: Deep OSHA knowledge and safety culture.
• Education: Bachelor's degree preferred but not required.
